The seat construction is supported by a metal, chrome-plated frame. Corrugated springs are used to increase user comfort and allow for many years of use. The comfort of Concerto sofas is the result of using down feathers and polyurethane foam to fill the back and seat cushions. The covers can be removed for cleaning.
